1、 Installation precautions:

Before installation, dust, oil stains, debris and other debris particles in the pipeline should be blown clean to avoid affecting the valve's operation and damage;

Before use, pay attention to checking whether the components are damaged during transportation, and then install and use them;

Please pay attention to whether the installation meets technical requirements (such as "voltage", "action frequency", "working pressure", "temperature range of use", etc.);

Pay attention to the direction of gas flow during installation. 1 is the air inlet, 2 (4) is the working port, and 3 (5) is the exhaust port;

Install the directional valve as close to the cylinder as possible: firstly, reduce air consumption, and secondly, respond quickly;

Please effectively insert the tubing to the end and use it after confirming that the tubing cannot be pulled out;

When connecting the pipeline, pay attention to the winding of the sealing tape not exceeding the end face of the joint teeth, and remove dust, iron filings, and other dirt from the pipeline joint to prevent impurities or foreign objects from entering the valve body;

When debugging the entire machine, it is recommended to first use a manual device for debugging, and then use power for debugging;

During installation, the direction of vibration can be aligned at right angles to the direction of action (axial) of the solenoid valve stem to avoid the impact of vibration on the solenoid valve stem;

To prevent condensate, oil, etc. from flowing into the coil of the solenoid valve, it is best to install the coil facing upwards or horizontally.

2、 Precautions during use:

Please pay attention to protection. It is recommended to install a muffler or muffler throttle valve at the exhaust port; When removed and not in use, the valve should be properly stored (to prevent dust from entering the working port, air inlet, and exhaust port);

Do not use manual buttons when the solenoid valve is powered on;

The inlet of the internal pilot solenoid valve should not be throttled to prevent misoperation due to excessive pressure drop during reversing;

Try to avoid using in vibration environments and pay attention to antifreeze measures at low temperatures;

When using solenoid valves, the voltage should be ensured to be within the specified voltage range to avoid poor valve operation or coil burning; When installing the solenoid valve, attention should be paid to wind and heat dissipation to ensure that the valve is used at a safe operating temperature;

To prevent the simultaneous energization of two coils of the dual electric control solenoid valve, the control circuit should be designed with interlocking protection circuits;

The breathing hole at the internal control piston of the main valve and the exhaust port of the pilot valve should not be blocked or have poor exhaust;
